Strong...

...tube set for this bad boy is DB. I would highly recommend Carl for any cuctom frame, steel or ti. One of my co-workers has a steel 9er from Carl and it is beautiful.

Jen Greens badges are awesome. I may get one for the monkey if I ever bother to have it painted professionally.

Yum. Paint color is a blend of 3 ppg paint colors to get the prismatic silver color.

I'll be the first....(edit) or second

I am sure the IF headbadge will show up many times here, so I guess I will be the first (or second)

Come to think of it, I do not think I have ever posted a complete photo of my IF 29er.

Here we go:

Here's another 29er ready to go across the pond. Just needs a picture in there...perhaps the Queen mother.

(Wrong screws, though. All I had at the moment)

jen green's badges

Did she do the strong badges? Does anyone know how to get ahold of her? I am very interested have a custom badge done.

Sorry I just did a search and found her site--she does very cool stuff.
I think I know the customer...

Is that frame for Tym "Space-cadet" Burman? I used to employ Tym when I was at John Atkins Cycles and even helped him convert his first bike to singlespeed!

Small world!

SSP
And would that be the same Tym as I was talking to when walking up a hill during SSMM, pusting my 29er, talking about engineering employment in the UK.

I saw this headbadge on a Moots SS (26", sorry) at Wissahickon. It was beautiful! I met Jen briefly and she was really cool.

She does have an ad in MTBR classified. Here's her own site:

Sounds like the guy. Sorta tall with a funny accent. Actually, he has been teaching english to me during the building process. Real good english.

You should have heard me butchering the term 'bollocks' before Tym corrected me. Disgraceful.

Here's a shot with a few parts thrown on. I really like this bike. It should be in your neck of the woods shortly.

Does that thing have a radiused (? bent) seattube or did I have one too many margaritas at dinner?

Probably both...
