Temperature is a perfect 85F to climb the f-ing hill

If you want to join the suffer fest plan to be at the top by 7PM and bring lotsa water.
I plan to do the loop down dogmeat/Overgrown/St.Joe, start from the Kennedy/LG Blvd.

See you there (if you dare)

Hmmm I guess nobody dares! Its kinda outta my way but we'll see.
I knew you were kinda crazy, Marco. This confirms it!
And he waited until real summer heat came too ;)

Sorry Marco, not this time. I'll try to get TNGR ride and see if my knee would last, but Kennedy - no way. I hope to do some riding on Mammoth next week once I get there.

Mmmmaammmothh!
Haven't thought about that.
I planned Dville this w.e. and N* next, but MMoth... when is that you're going?
Will talk at TNGR

BTW you guys are wussies :p, technically 100F is the threshold of "hot weather"... this is called "spring" in SoCal ;)

Oh, and I'll be riding the 36# Nomad, just to get the taste for the D-ville Classic climb :eekster:

I will be in MM for a week of July 4th. Tue through Sunday. Planning to ride 4 days. May be will do Lower Rock Creek trail shuttle one of those day
Marco, hope the weather stay below the HOT level. Even here in Redwood City it is 82 degrees in my house. I decided to drink instead of riding. Are you going to MBO? We are heading up for JULY. I am out for Downieville. If you know anyone that needs a XC clydesdales ticket, let me know

Wade
Well, it wasn't hot at all. I was late and didn't have to swap pedals on the Nomad (climbing Kennedy on flats, no) so I grabbed the BlurXC and headed there.
Started the climb at 6:20 and nobody there. I caught up on a couple riders and at the tree I found RJ2 and his buddy. Finished the climb in 45' and then the 3 of us went down dogmeat/overgrown as planned. The DH was fast and fun.

Topped it up with burrito and cerveza post ride, sharing the table with a bunch of radies  , feeling good now.
You guys missed out! :yesnod:
See you tomorrow at the Gap.
