I have been told by two bike shops and some independent locals that the official 'Hazard County' ride is impossible now due to private land issues. The Burro Pass/Warner Lake/Porcupine ride is still possible, but you have to either take the road down from the lake, or cutover to the Oowah Lake road on a technical singletrack, ride the Oowah road down to the Loop Road, then climb the Loop Road back up to where the Warner Lake road intersects and proceed from there.
Burro Pass is at 11,000 feet, so that part could close any day now. It only takes one storm, and the snow up there is on the ground until May/June.
