I have a Hayes "Purple" Mag brake set. Tried to bleed the rear brakes but pushing the DOT fluid from the caliper to the lever did not work. It flows fine from the caliper through the hose when disconnecting the hose from the lever.

I suspect something is blocked in the lever. Does anyone know how to further disassemble the lever that is pictured?
