Probably a stupid question here... I'd like to adjust brake lever pull. Decrease the pull so it grips the rotor sooner. Right now the lever comes back nearly to the grip before grabbing on the rotor. How do I adjust?

A 2mm allen adjusts the reach. The reach adjuster is by the "knuckle" under the lever blade.

You can remove the wheel, and pump out the pistons a little bit. While you're at it, make sure that your pads aren't too worn.

There's a chance that your brakes may just need to be bled.
