Looks like you've only scratched the clearcoat, which is not structural.

Have I ruined my carbon handlebar?
Hi everyone.
I noticed that my carbon handlebar is scratched.
It did not have any impact or accident, it just got scratched with another bike when transporting it a car rack.
When I pass my finger, I don't feel anything (I can't touch the fibers). It seems only an external layer got damaged.
So, is this dangerous or only a cosmetic damage?
This is a bontrager carbon flat handlebar.
