i know of a shop in AZ that has a brand new "old" werks ss frame, size 18 or 19 i think. I'm quite certain they'd be willing to unload it, cheaply. it has and EBB and i believe it reynolds or something, pretty nice actually.

Not really. :)
Finally, someone loves it. Is the EBB easy to work with? Is it a flexy frame?
The EBB is a Bushnell unit - and pretty easy to work with. The frame's not flexy at all. If there is any drawback, it's that the frame is a bit on the heavy side - but it doesn't ride heavy at all. If I can recall, it was a bit over 5 pounds with eccentric for my large size.
