i have the haro shift r5 2008 bike.how can i adjust the sag of the fork(marzocchi mx lo)?

Seems to be an OEM fork, are there any knobs or air on top of the fork?

The MX LO is coil sprung with air assisted preload. If you are above or below average weight, you might need to order a firmer or a lighter spring rate. If you are about average, you can use the preload adjust to set the sag. The knob on the top right side has a little black plug...pop that out and adjust the air pressure as needed.
