Is there something about the Ripmo V1's routing that makes the RD hard to shift?

My 2019 Ripmo has a SRAM X01 Eagle drivetrain. The large paddle shifter is quite stiff compared to other Eagle drive trains, my wife's NX on a Ripmo AF, my 11S XX1 on another bike, etc.

What I've tried:
  • Taken the entire shifter apart down to all 11 and oiled pieces twice
  • SRAM and Jagwire housing
  • SRAM and Jagwire cables
  • Shifter housing oil (the housing I tried that on was replaced long ago)
  • Different lengths to affect the loop at the RD insertion

I don’t think so, I’ve never heard this complaint and my v1 works perfect with the same cable and housing after 2500 miles. I’m using a GX shifter and derailleur.
I wish I had some info to help with your issue, maybe someone else does.
