They're gonna be fine. Maybe I'll see you there... Bringing out a newbie with flat pedals, to get him started.

Let's not use the word "shuttle" but picture rock is a pretty fun trail to ride down... with two cars and few enough passengers... you could conceivably leave one in Lyons and drive back to Hall with the other. I'm only going to be at Hall; Antelope trailhead. If you're looking to bike picture rock, (or all of Heil) and then go do Hall, and if you have enough gas to bike back up picture, of course do so, but if you want to skip a boring pedal back on the highway, I could shuttle two additional bikes (and two people) back to Heil lot on my way home.

Hall and Heil both have a tad bit of moisture right now but are in otherwise perfect conditions.
thanks Em, liderman, Iganazr!!! in response to all three. We're doing Hall first and take my bike dates to Picture Rock if she has enough gas. If not, then we'll hit Oskar for quick bit and brews!!! Thanks again!

yesterday

I rode Heil -Picture- Hall and back yesterday for the first time--I've been waiting for the crowds to die down...:)

I found the conditions great, if you like dry and rocky. Actually it was fun.
