Had some mild fever/diarrhea last night. This morning I am a little better but muscles still sore.

Should I go race in two hours? :confused:

You're dehydrated and low on electrolytes. Probably not a good idea. Unless you don't mind cramps and crapping yourself mid race.

What else you going to do watch NASCAR? Drink lots, now till racetime, eat some good fuel and go for it. If you bonk or die, still better than sitting on the couch.

I'd skip. Racing while you're getting over either a virus or food poisoning is just asking for more problems. Getting better, sooner, is less impactive to the season than getting sicker.
