Great race. But did it have to rain. I placed 7th in my class :madman: i have to learn how to keep going fast when no one is around me. Never passed 7th in an h2h race. I was talking to someone who dropped outa sport. he said the mud got to the running of the dogs type. is that true.

I raced sport and although the mud was bad i don't feel it ever got as bad as running of the dogs. (maybe the field did) but not the rest of it. Although it did take alot of effort pedaling in that stuff.

I lost my front brake after the first lap so all through my second one I was doing a lot of "drifting" down the hills and around the turns. Then my shoe fell apart. Add those to the wrong tires I had on, I was done after my second lap. So I did not finish my Sport class. It was fun but now I have to take my bike apart to clean out all the dirt and mud that got into places where I never thought they would go.
