Well it's blue and it's got a ventana headbadge so it's a ... blue ventana
I would say single speed 'cause of the last picture and what material name finishes with: "... LDS" ? Reynolds. So how about a blue ventana ss steal frame but then again the tubes look too big for steal so back to Al.
I think though that it probably a small size frame.
