Sounds nice. They've always treated me good. Had some issues with RX last month and they got it warrantied for me. Titus was good about it too. E-mailed when the parts were shipped late to let me know they were coming. I thought most if not all 3X9 FS were long cages. But I was wrong again. Made an assumption.

What happened to yours?

When I got the FTM after the first ride I notced that the rear tire was 2.35 and the front was 2.1. Titus put the wrong tires on the wrong wheels. 5 minutes later it was all worked out.

A bushing washer broke. They're plastic around the bushings. Rear pivot on the non-drive side was moving aound a little and making a popping noise when the rear was in a bind.
You could feel the play in it when wiggling the rear wheel. Solid now. Bushings were fine but since they had it apart....

"X X"

The correct answer is "A short cage" HUH

Took the FTM back to the shop to let them check it out, one of their mechanics looked at it at a race a month ago and told me to bring it in that something was off on the shipping, he did not notice the short cage on it at the time. They told me the cage is bent also, I wonder if that is from there not being enough throw and the chain tweaking it some........hmmmmmmmmmmmm could be.

Mine are 22-32-44 and 11-34, long cage on both bikes. Also had the hub bearings wear out on the rear about 3 months after purchase. Mechanic said a couple of bearings froze and flat spotted. Mud, sand or something got into it. New bearings and good to go.Warranty too.

Did not lime the comment of "we can give you credit towards a new one". That not going to fly. Told mech I bought this bike complete, it is spec'd incorrectly. They need to make it right. I bought a RIG from them on Sunday and the air chamber blew out aft a two mile ride year. Got to take it back also

Sorry to hear that. You might try to talk with Barbara Malki (owner) about the FTM specs. You never know till you try. I've seen her a few times on Sundays at the Pelham store.
