Just purchased a '95 xizang (something I have always wanted) and need help figuring out which fork to put on it. I am partial to marzocchi's but I don't know how much travel that bike was built arround. I assume it was built arround the Judy SL of '95 which I think were 63mm of travel. Am I right? What are your thoughts on how to build this up? Thanks

Yeah, the 95 Judy SL was a 63mm fork.

You might be able to get away with an 80mm fork maybe - which will give you a lot more options.
