Built a fat bike to ride in the sandy sections of the pinelands of New Jersey. Took it out Saturday and road for about 3 hours. I put a 24x3 tire on the back, and a 26x3 on the front. It has a 31" gear with a coaster brake. I used 30psi front & back. The back wheel takes a schrader valve, and near the end of the ride the valve had cocked and cut a hole in the stem. I replaced this with a presta valve by putting on the stem nut inside the wheel, and one on the outside to hold in place. The back wheel got a little lose at the end of the ride. That was an ez fix, there is a nut on both sides to fill in the gap .
