Just a heads up...

Last week my girlfriend and I met up at Country park for a few laps around the trail. When we returned to her car we found the alarm light flashing and the passenger window smashed in. She was parked by the trailhead in a semi-full parking lot.

The officer who answered the call said that they have had a rash of break ins at Bur Mil as well as Country park. She said these guys watch what you leave in your car and wait 'til you hit the trail.

Since then I haven't been able to completely relax and enjoy my rides without thinking about the safety of my car.

They wouldn't have to break into mine because I "used to" leave it unlocked. Oh well, sound like there goes another situation where you used to be able to leave something unlocked.
THanks for the heads up. I guess I'll be taking the greenway now and not driving anymore.
