Hello CO. I was curious to see if anyone had any experiences with this company. I purchased a fork from Great Adventure Sports Company online. I have had nothing but problems dealing with this company, from parts false advertised to sending the wrong parts. The customer service has been pretty bad as I have been emailing back and forth with no luck. I have no way of contacting the online company other than through email. I called the phone # to the store and they told me that the online company is separate and they wouldn't be able to help me.

Ah...so I'm not the only one.

I just posted a thread on this same subject. These guys are a nightmare to deal with. As it currently stands, they've charged me for a fork they didn't have in stock and wont refund my money.

Call your credit card company and open a dispute. You will get your money back no problem!!:thumbsup:
