Hi everyone thanks for looking at my post.
I have a giant tcx cyclecross bike but want to switch up the tires to something more pavement friendly. The tires are 700x33c all terrain. What would be some good options? And do I have to get 700x33c tires or can I get 700x32 etc?
Thanks

I'm not sure what the max tire size is on this bike, but whatever they are, use them. 32's/ 33's are for UCI level cyclocross only and will suck for gravel. For gravel I use 42's or bigger.
Are you planning on riding a mix of pavement and gravel? If so, what % on road and what % on gravel? That will help us recommend a tire for you.
I'm making the assuming that you'll be more on tarmac than on gravel so I will recommend...

Panracer GraveKing Slicks. They do come in 700x32 which should fit your frame. My daughter rides a pair on mostly paved bike paths and road and they are great. The entire GravelKing of tires are a good deal. You might find you want the semi-slick or something with a bit more teeth and GraveKings have tires to cover you there as well.

The also review well and there are a number of other users here that are fond of them as well.

Plus, I consider them affordable at about $50.

You can go narrower depending on rim width, 1mm diff is fine. Are you looking for strictly pavement ? Then slicks are best, but unless your riding nice smooth pacement and/or racing, I recommend staying wide. I just put on some Pirelli Centurato slicks in 35mm as tubeless and really like them. Rated as very puncture resistant, and they roll better than the skinnier Gatorskins they replaced.
FWIW, a bike shop associate pointed out the less common 35 mm Bontrager GR1 address a lot of fit issues and I point that out because I've been so pleasantly surprised by the bigger 40 mm versions. The knobby Rene Hearse are in many sizes and one of the few premium priced tires I feel are worth it.
I like my Teravail Rampart. An acquittance suggested to me as a more affordable alternative to RH slicks. Comes in a 32mm & a 38mm. If you can fit 38mm the Washburn(slick center knobby sides) is a good option too.
Kenda Alluvium Pro's are a good choice as well. Very quiet but with a nice shoulder knob. I have 45's on my Cutty, but they make a 35 also.
