The Frigid Bits course is ready to ride on. Please come over to Goose lake and take a spin on the course ! There are blue wire flags behind the paddle Boat cafe that will lead you out to the course.
The course is fast and free of overflow. After blowing snow for 5 hours I completed the windy circuit at 3 PM. I did not encounter any overflow. The surface texture of the course is a little rougher than the prototype. The route is still very curvy with very few tangents so I feel the course will be fast for those who know how to ride on the edge of the grip of their studded tires !
Race is December 18th Paddle Boat Cafe / Goose Lake
Sign up 12 noon until 12:45 or so
Riders meeting 12:45 or so
Practice : Now until 1:55 12/18/05
Racing Starts around 2 PM
I hope to see you all Sunday at The Paddle Boat cafe . Please remember that when you ride this do so with a helmet on you head !

Howdy !

This race is definitely one that I could finish, I look forward to seeing you again.
For everyones info tho, studs are optional, but if you have the option, I would have some studded tires in my Goose Lake stash.
come early and try different tire options also corn cob gearing would be a serious and
potential winning gear choice.
