I normally use a Topeak Joe Blow Sport pump which has served me well. I plan to do some traveling and carry my bike in the Dakine Bike Roller Bag:

I need to stash a bike pump in this bag so I need something a bit lighter and more compact than the Joe Blow Sport pump. Can you recommend any good bike pumps that might fit the bill for this?

^^^ yeah. I have the road version of the Lezyne Micro Floor Drive. It works well. The mtb version is high volume/low pressure.

FWIW, I've never come across a small pump with a gauge that was worth anything, and especially for low pressure use like mtbs. I bring a Meiser Accugage for setting pressure. I haven't tried any of the new pumps with digital gauges, though I'm not particularly keen on digital gauges in general.

You want something light with Topeak reliability, then just get another Topeak frame pump :D If you want serious volume, the Turbo Morph would do the trick, if you want something lighter that'll still do a good job on the trail and is light, try the Topeak Morph MINI travel pump. I just picked one up after years with the Turbo version and am very pleased with both it's weight (less than 1/2 of the Turbo.
