Hi guys,

I want to replace my heavy Shimano XT qr skewers with something lighter (titanium).
I have tried Mavic Ksyrium (road) and KCNC (MTB) but the handle of the front QR interfere with my Fox float fork.

Any suggestions?

Thanks:)

I've just bought some A2Z ones. Only had them on the bike for a few rides but no problems so far, nice big lever and a positive cam action - certainly stronger than the old Mavic QR's they've just replaced (and suprisingly cheap to buy!)

I have the steel DT RWS skewers on my HT and I find them great.
They help stiffen up the front end a lot. The great thing about them is that you can do them up real tight, more so than a conventional cam skewer and they're very easy to open.
When I get a new wheelset for my SXC, I'll be using the 10mm thru-bolt version on the rear for sure.

I can't say enough good things about the bolt on rear axle version of the Easton Havoc AM wheels. That just makes the tail end of the SXC as solid as a rock.
