My friend and his teen son from Barre, VT may be going to Contoocook, NH to look at a used bike. It's a full suspension Rocky Mountain and they are bike n00bs, but the kid is very athletic, very committed to getting serious about biking and willing to pay a few bucks for a nice rig.

I see that EMS is the RM dealer in Concord. Anybody have good or bad things to say about their service? Any other shops nearby that you'd recommend over them?

EMS has the # 1 Wrench in town, ask for Keith.

Revolution Cycles has a nice shop and service, but would set an appointment if yu need same day service.

S&W sports in Concord is good. They are a dealer, ask for John Corse, he rides a RM Slayer 90.
