Under $90 is going to be really tough. Even the venerable Park Consumer stand is rarely under $100:

I've seen the performance stand drop below $100 a couple times:

It's very close in design to the feedback stands, which tend to make a little more sense then park's consumer stands.

Has all the basic adjustments that you would ever need. I love mine!

Don't know about the quality of otherstands but the park pcs10 is solid. Have used it for over a year and it works great. Universal has the stand for 146 + you can use the vip15 code. Order something else to get the price to $150 and you get free shipping.
