I picked this up today for $25, brand new in box. It has never seen a bike.I belive it said it is 170 grams & it is 90mm x 10 degrees rise. So being somewhat new to this stuff did I get a good deal?

Yes. I got an EA50 bar and stem combo off ebay a while back for a fraction of the LBS price. I have no complaints about either.

It's great. I'm building a bike from mostly ebay parts.

Tomac Taos frame - RRP $1400 Australian dollars. $350 off ebay - spotless. (came with XTR front mech and WTB headset!)
Truvativ Stylo cranks and matching BB - about $300 odd at the LBS - $168 off ebay.
Mavic 317 / DT Swiss wheelset - $400 brand new off ebay.
Deore hyrdros - $198 brand new off ebay.
EA 50 bar and stem - $80 brand new in boxes. About half LBS price.

Same with me. I bought my Ironhorse Warrior from Dick's Sporting Goods & have rebuilt it pretty much. I wasn't crazy about all the components on the bike but the frame was worth the $300 I paid for it alone. Since owning the IH I have cut it's weight down a lot & improved it's components. It's funny because it catches peoples eyes being Ironhorse (we dont have any dealers in IH around me) then they notice it is a warrior sport with top of the line components all from Ebay.:thumbsup:
