Check out LakeSide Bikes in Lake Oswego: http://lakeside-bikes.com/index.cfm

Cool place for a mostly roadie shop (although they did have Santa Cruz mtb there). I talked with a guy there for close to 45 mintues 3 weeks ago getting the skinny on local mtb trails. Also, there's a Performance Bike store just off I-5 and Bridgeport Road (exit 292?).

Suggestion

Just make the trip downtown P-town and got to River City or the Fat Tire Farm. Cycle Univers is also right downtown. You are going to have to go in that direction if you want to ride in the dirt anyway, so take the plung and go downtown. Tigard is not far from P-town city center.

Bike Gallery in Beaverton

Good service, from Bike Gallery. I would not recommend Performance. I had service there a while back, and the mechanics do not care about what they are wrenching. I would buy thier components and acessories.

I second Lakeside Bikes.
