I want to try a coil shock on my bike, but I don't have any idea what weight spring to get.

Is there any general formula that I can use to estimate what weight spring I might need, based on my current shock air pressure?

Currently have a Fox Float rear shock, 165lbs air pressure, 1.5" stroke for 4.5" travel.
