I just bought a used 07 Tassajara and i want to change to disc brakes. I want to put on 2009 Avid BB7's. what other parts will I need to buy in order to transition to disc? here are the specs for the bike:

Might need an adapter fort the front mount. My Manitou had a different mount. Will need longer cables as well.
