I'm not sure where this topic should be, but I'll put it here instead.

Since Go-Ride hasn't responded to my e-mail, can anyone tell me how exactly the ''In-store credit'' works? For example, if I buy a frame with $200 credit, I presume that is subtracted away from next product?

Most importantly, do international customers (UK) qualify for the credit?

You could try calling them. But yes I do believe its a "credit towards a future purchase"
By ''future purchase', you mean you have to wait until a certain length of time before it can be used? Can't you not use the credit on the day you purchase something, while purchasing another product?

Yes, I'm going to call them later on today.

You can use it at the same time to buy parts or take $ off shipping.
Oh great. So if I bought a frame with $200 credit and decide to buy a set of forks that cost $500, the actual cost of the forks would be $300 after deduction?

I assume that applies to international customers too?

Sounds a fair trade to me. BTW, what is Go-Ride service like?
