OK since Elden road is closed we are switching out focus to Globe. So far we've got 4 going maybe 6. Going to leave early so we can get a good number of runs in. Let me know who is interested so we can plan the vehicles.

Candy does sound dandy, but not going to make it this time.

*old (We will be heading up to get some runs on Elden on the 17th. Checking to see who is interested. Also I haven't hit flying fish but want to. Sure would appreciate some directions to that one. Will be leaving at early getting back after dark.)

Hate to be a downer, but you may want to see if the road is open first. Thanks to some A#$H%$E who left the unattended fire that caused the Shultz fire all access by road onto Elden and Shultz pass has been locked down.

The drop into Flying fish is from the parking lot of snowbowl ski resort (the lowest section), someone will probably need to show you where the connecting point is though. But yeah, I think Elden's shuttle road is still closed.

Nope globe is the best bet for shuttles IMO :D
If it was 20 degrees cooler Globe would be a much better bet. Its worth the extra drive for the cool wet weather IMO.. Weather and soil were unbelievably nice in the White Mountains last weekend. I wish I could go again this weekend! :D

Where ever you all ride this weekend be safe and enjoy.

I'm looking for something to ride this Saturday. I was thinking of driving to Sunrise on my own, but I would like to join in some shuttles in Globe. This much closer to me. Let me know what the plan is and I'll be there.
