Hi All,
I'd started a thread several months ago about glasses for smaller faces. I'd been having a heck of a time finding any locally to actually try on, so this week I put an order in for four glasses from Performance. They were all on sale and also had a 20% coupon. I figure try them all on, pick one and send the rest back.

I thought others might find the results of interest

Criteria
-small frames and lenses for my pin head
-snug fit for no slipping on road and mountain rides
-replaceable lenses for changing conditions
-Quaility of Optics
-Cost . Yeah Rudy Projects are cool, but not for $100+

-Bolle Morph
http://www.performancebike.com/shop/profile.cfm?SKU=18225&subcategory_ID=2510
-Comes with two lenses yellow and tinted
-Nice size doesn't make me look like a bug
-NOT snug at all, slipped off when I shake my head
-$40 on sale regular $80
-decent optics
-case has a clip on it

Performance Vega
http://www.performancebike.com/shop/profile.cfm?SKU=15255&subcategory_ID=2510
-Three lenses (tinted, clear, orange) The tinted lenses were not as dark as the Bolles or Voodoos
-nice frame fit, lenses were little large leading to bug look
-nice snug fit
-surprisingly nice optics for the price
-Nice option to have clear lenses for mtnbiking and night riding
-$22.48 on sale
-case has clip on it

Performance Siren
http://www.performancebike.com/shop/profile.cfm?SKU=17417&subcategory_ID=2510
-Three lenses (tinted, clear, orange)
-nice frame fit, nice lense size
-nice snug fit
-surprisingly nice optics for the price
-Nice option to have clear lenses for mtnbiking and night riding
-$22.48 on sale
-case has clip on it

Smith Voodoo Slider
http://www.performancebike.com/shop/profile.cfm?SKU=14706&subcategory_ID=2510
-nice snug fit
-good sizing in frame and lenses
-comes with tinted, yellow and orange lenses. Tinted lense darker than Performance ones.
-Nice optics
-basic case, no clip
-$59.99 on sale regular $79+

I decided on the Performance Siren for these reasons
-Incredible Value. Amazing quality of optics for this price. Every bit as good as any Oakleys and other high end glasses I've tried
-Comes with clear lense standard. You can order clear for the Voodoo for like $20
-100% satisfaction from Perf. If they scratch, for any reason, I'll send it back knowing I can get my $ back

Another that I have tried and really liked was the Optic Nerve Mini Membrane. It's another good value in the $40 range

Hope this info is helpful

Siren

I bought these glasses months ago on sale at Performance and have had no problems with them. I did no research and bought them mostly because they were cheap and I figured that I would A) destroy them in a firery crash B) leave them on the hood or trunk of my car and drive off. The lense change took a little bit of getting used to. Here in the bay area you can ride from sunny and 80 degrees to what feels like winter and foggy and overcast in about 10 minutes so the varrying lenses are great. Oh yeah they are cheap.
