Well, Josh (s1ngletrack), Joel (singletrack), myself (Grant) and Wes decided to hook up and ride The Ribbon and Gunny Loop another time. Josh and Wes made this stop after riding Moab for the weekend, and I drove out just for the day where we met at Joel's house. The weather was awesome today, and we got a few nice pics. Here's a few.

Nice stuff.

Ugh. It's going to be another couple weeks before I can get out there again.

I'd love to hit that stuff again, without the fog and rain of last time hopefully.

Yeah - today was the complete opposite of the last time, as you can tell.

oh well. got two other trips with the girly coming up in the next month (san francisco and maine) with work squished in and around, so won't have any other long stretches off to do a trip over there for a while. sob! at least i'll be able to hit it up a couple times again before it gets too damn hot in moab, at least for me.

man, i have got to hit up that stuff! soooo much nicer looking with the sun and dry rock.

Sure - why not? It'd be fun to ride with you again. I've got a trip scheduled with about 15 or so XCer's to Moab in two weeks, and it would be fun to get a DH/FR friend to go down with me....

You should've seen the Northern Spotted Owl that flew into Grant's front wheel right after the last sequence - it was awesome. The impact broke one of it's wingtips, so we decided it best to put the little guy out of his misery using a spare co2.
