Hi,
I'd only like to know which is the maximum fork travel I can put on my Giant Trance...
Thanks.

As far as has been said on the actual GIANT web site forum it's 130mm. I like my REBA right now @ 115mm , 120mm wouldn't be bad, but I'd want it to be a wind down fork.

I have a FOX Vanilla RLC (125m) on my Trance and it feels great. It can be changed internally to 100mm travel, but I've never felt the need.

I am running a Rock Shox Revelation 426. Can be externally set (U-turn) anywhere from 100mm to 130mm. I guess you could run something like the RS Pike or Fox 36... but if you are wanting 6" up front, you're better off with the Reign.

I wouldn't reccommend going any larger than 5" otherwise the frame geometry will be horribly disrupted.
I run a 36 talas dialled down to 130mm. A little heavy, but the stiffness of the fork and the 20mm front axle more than compensate on the way down for the extra girth on the way up.
Trance Fork?

I have a Fox 130 RLC on my Trance. I measured it against the stock Duke and it was just over an inch longer. I'm setting the sag on the Fox at an inch which makes my ride height just about what it was. This gives me P-L-U-S-H action and preserves the full four inch travel advertised for the original Duke.

The "Reader's Digest" version is the Fox has been a huge improvement.

Oh no kidding, the DUKE XC while not a bad fork, can't compare to my REBA SL - such a huge difference.
