Can't say that we do. Every e-bike is going to be different. You are better off taking the bike back to the dealer for warranty.
It's also possible that the rear wheel speed sensor isn't aligned properly. If I recall, the motor has to pick up wheel speed for the motor to work. The sensor should be mounted on the chainstay and back wheel so check the gap measurement.
