Hi Guys and Gals,
Over the weekend I was board, so I did the sheetmetal screw mod to an old pair of Nev's in an attempt to increase traction on the frozen singletrack I ride.

So far, I've taken two 8 mile rides and the screws seem to be doing their job quite well.

If you attempt this mod I highly recommend you wear your helmet and elbow pads. Falling on ice can really hurt.
With the limited number of screws I selected I found out, the hard way, this was not enough screws for frozen lake crossings... heehee...ouch!
