Nice!! Looking forward to a ride report - I'm toying with the idea of a longer travel bike, but the CFO has a tight hand on the purse strings!
Nice BC!

Found some time in your busy work schedule to finish I see:thumbsup:. When you get a chance, could you check and post the bb height with the suspension setup you have now??

Thx in advance-JMac
Played on the dirt my my house before leaving for work. Me likey so much that I am going to ride dawn patrol friday in longridge starting from grizzly flat. I'll have to be done before 8am to get to work on time but I have a sneaky feeling that it will be worth it.
First Dirt

I had about an hour of light left tonight so I rolled down my driveway and hit the singletrack across the street

WOW...I can fly on this bike. The trail is about 10" wide and has some flowing rollers and curves, some very tight 150* hairpins and some nice rocky chutes thant hug the cliff edge on really nice 1.5 mile 500' descent to some fire road. The steering is pretty much point and shoot and the rear suspension was spot on, no chatter or flex and very plush. I still have a grin on my face.

Climbing seated is a blast with no rear suspension bob, the came can't be said if you stand. It's not super obnoxious but a lock out would be nice.

I'm going to do a long ride this weekend as my Friday plan got squashed, I have to be at work by 7:15am.
So, if I hear you correctly, you feel you got your $$'s worth :)

I just built an ACE and I'm also very happy w/ it, especially for the money. My only issue is that I only got one ride in and now I'm having shoulder surgery Tuesday, so this weekend will be my last ride for a little while. It will be interesting to see how many more people start riding Sette bikes w/ the economy the way it is. Hard to beat the value.

Enjoy!!
Congrats on the new frame!

I roll down my driveway and see a street full of cars.

so far

you would be correct .

I'll know more after a few days of varied trails now that I have the shifters dialed in and the proper pressure in the shock:thumbsup:
