Getting ready to buy this frame, see anything wrong?

I currently have an 08 F5 but came across this 07 F3 Caffeine frame on ebay. I'm thinking about buying the frame and switching out the parts. Do you guys see anything wrong with this frame?

Nothing jumps out at me. Seller has a money back guarantee if you pay return shipping. Seems like a low risk deal if you can get it at a good price.

I saw that which I like. Also. do you think it's a good move swapped the 08 F5 for the 07 F3 Caffeine?
