I've got a 500 x 2.3 spring and an 800 x 2.3 spring for my gemini. I'm riding the 800 right now, and it feels stiffer than I like. I know spring size can be a matter of opinion, but what would you guys ride with? I tried to search Cannondale's website for their recommendations, but couldn't find any.

Sorry, completely forgot. I ride agressive XC but I got the bike for when I get the chance to downhill and freeride, mainly freeride. So I do a little of everything on it. I am 6 foot 1 and weigh 165 pounds. I am on a Fox Vanilla R shock and and using it in the 170mm travel position.

In that case,

Mojo says 556.0843. Based on that, try the 600.

TF says 467.somthing. You already have a 500, and it feels soft, right? GO for a 600lb spring.
