Hey Guys,

Just wondering if any of you guys run non-tubeless Geax tyres with Stan's sealant? I'm planning on using the Geax Argo with Stan's on a Crossmax SL rim and just want to know if there are any issues. Stan's website doesn't have it specifically listed as either compatible or not compatible.

So please state experiences with ease of inflation, air holding properties, sidewall strength, bead stretch or blowing off.

Thanks, John.

running Geax Sedona's with no problem

I run the 2.25" Geax Sedona tubeless on my SS with no issues using my own recipe of liquid latex and water. I use Armor All on the bead of the tire (to make it slippery) when mounting and only inflate to 40 psi max. The beads popped right in place and there was minimal leakage. The latex quickly sealed any small leak and I barely have to add air between weekly rides on it. Great fast rolling tire that has a huge volume.
