I've found a GF Sugar 4+ for sale locally.
He says it's a medium size.

Is it a doable size for 6 ft tall with a 33 in. inseam, currently 235 lbs. Willing to change seatpost and extend stem if needed.

Not looking for hardcore offroad riding. Paved trails, groomed fire roads and/or maintained trails. Desert riding.
55 years old. Looking at getting back into riding to exercise/increase cardio and hopefully lose up to 25 lbs.

$250 decent pricing?

Doing some more research.. looks like it should be OK. I'm going to try to get over and test ride it this weekend.
Most likely, a longer stem with a little more rise will probably be needed.

On a side note...anyone still use toe clips like the old Specialized MTB clips?

Admitting I did no research, I would think medium technically would be small for someone your size, but if you've got the chance to ride it before buying, that's your best bet.
They'd cost you more but consider clipless pedals instead. Safer and better, IMO.
