Here are a couple of full sus 29ers that really make no since as street bikes, but then most of the bike market in Japan is odd anyway.

Sold under the Louis Garneau brand. There are 2 levels of this bike listed in the "dual wheel" category on the company website; http://www.akiworld.co.jp/lgs/

Suspension is Rock Shox on the high end LGS-DW1 and Kowa on the lower LGS-DW2, find Kowa at; http://www.kowa-ss.co.jp/

The approximate cost in USD is about $1,500 for the DW1 and $895 for the DW2.

Tire clearance

The tire clearance in the back is minimal. I doubt that you would be able to fit a much bigger tire there!?

Looks like a severe lack of tire clearance in the back. That road tire is about rubbing on the seatstay brace...

As stated, it makes no since! That could be a really nice ride with a few slight changes.

They are 26" frames

These are both desigend as 26" MTB frames that they put road wheels into. The front forks are 26" models, and notice that these bikes use disc brakes - it's the only way they will work like this.
