Hey there,

I am trying to send in a support ticket to garmin (another edge 305 that shuts off/ satellites wont hook up.) But every time I click email, nothing happens, and I haven't received an email or anything back after almost a week. Am I just missing something?

Try Internet explorer. I originally tried Firefox and it wouldn't go through. When I opened the same page in Internet explorer, it worked and went through.
