Hi..
Getting my bike ready for a night ride tonight I noticed a large gap on the one side.. just want to check if it is normal... If someone can please just check there bikes ?
I tried loosening it and re-tighting it and it is as tight as it goes....
the gap is on the upper link on the drive side.

{EDIT} - Ok i figured it out, took the link off and put it on again.. that is as far as it can go so it must be right..
thanks anyways..

I have similar gap on my Mojo. I tried to do tighten it, but the gap remained. I've ridden with the gap for some months now and it doesn't bother me.

links are backwards??

I replaced my links recently and you need to make sure the counter sunken bearing goes in towards the frame. basically you have to flip it around. Take them off and start over and you will see what I mean. Hope this helps. ALex

two things

1.We normally install them so the machined pocket is facing outward.
2.Sometimes the bearings come unseated and allow the link to move over. In that case remove, reloctite and it should be centered.
We can also send a replacement link if you're not loctite friendly.
Take care all,
H
