sorry guys just did a little research and just realized the guy I talked to earlier told me they order from bti and just reasearched bti's site and found out they can order them so I'm going back up there tomorrow. I think the guy didnt want to look it up for me, will deal with someone else

That really sux your LBS is to lazy to place a order for you. You have the right idea, call around to find a dealer that will order from BTI. One of the things that comes up is dealers tend to order from QBP because they get a better volume deal. You might have to ask what the minimum order is & how often do they order from BTI. :rolleyes:

drop that shop.....you pay extra for service.....not I am too lazy

Pads are actually very easy to change.... when you know what to do that is. I had to find out the hard way on my J5's how to do this. I accidentally pulled one out while removing the wheel. They have to be put in together. With new pads you will also have to compress the calipers back in as well. Check out the documentation for your brakes or look at parktool.com for instructions.
