I would not do it. Fisher bikes are built for ~20mm less fork length, AND the head tube angle is 2 degrees slacker. You end up with a 3-degree difference. Perhaps it makes any sense if you use a 100mm G2 fork, but otherwise, you're trying to improve a winning team by a radically changing everything. NIners are fine as they are, for the way they were meant to ride. Get a G2 frame if you must try it, a used one runs $300 I suppose, I bet your fork is more that that.

I use a G2 fork on my One9 Niner frame. Since it is a size small, the HA is only 71d, so it works great. All the larger sizes have a 1d steeper HA, which would make the bike steer pretty damn quick.

Niner doesn't suggest we use G2 forks on their hardtails.
