So I picked up a 'funky' bar the other day for $7.50 from the local damaged freight shop (bar isn't damaged, this place just gets odd stuff all the time). Anyway, I thought it would be a cheap way to try out the swept style bars before I drop for a couple Mary or Jones bars for my geared and SS KM. It looks an awful lot like a mix between a Midge Bar and a Mary Bar. It's 23" wide at the ends and looks pretty close to a 45 deg sweep.

So, if you had one 'funky' bar...would you try it on the geared KM or the SS KM?

SS is all about the funk!
I agree with the SS bike being the normal choice for something funky, but since you mentioned 23" width, I'd try them on the geary. IMHO SS bars should be wide, like 27 or 28" preferably.
