I can score a great deal on any one of these so the cost will be close. I live in Chandler, AZ and spend most of my time on cross-country trails but I have decided it is time to step it up a bit and get into bigger things. I want something to build confidence on bigger drops but I don't have the funds to have a xc bike around to, yep I want it all in one bike. I wanted a little more travel over an XC 100mm travel bike has to offer, so the Reveal is sporting the Rockshox Revelation 130mm and the Rize is the lefty 120mm. Reviews on both are great. What would you do?

I have been riding a 2004 Fuji Tahoe 100mm travel hardtail and I have out grown it.
Thanks for your input!! Paul

I would go with Fuji, I just dont like the lefty look, it looks stupid if you ask me!!!haha
And you have to deal with the silly question..........."Dude, where did the other half of your fork go?"

On the good side to the lefty, you have a tighter control "feel" in those rocky sections.

As an added bonus.............you dont have to take the wheel off to change a flat

I have only been on the RZ, so I'm going to recommend that one. Cdale has a life time frame warranty. I didnt see any warranty info on Fuji's site.

Try to get on both before you buy. See which one feels the best to you. What we say doesnt matter when it's your bike and like it. (Well, unless you are going to let everyone that responded ride the bike a few times, LOL)

LOL no kidding, but hey thanks on giving me some insight on the pros of the lefty fork, I always wondered why the hell they would make a fork like that!!! All I could come up with was to save weight!!!

Lefty also stiffer then most forks on the markets. It technically is a dual crown fork, don't let the idea of one side fool you into thinking it's flexy.

I have never ridden the fuji, but from my expirence with the RZ it is one truly amazing bike. It is definitley built more towards the XC racing side of things, you might want to review that also.
