Just a quick thanks to everyone who helped put together a fine race. Thanks to Krob for the condo and showers. I had a ton of fun and will plan on the race again next year.

I second that. It was a great time! The rainy muddy part had some element of suck, but I don't want to be a whiner.

Here's my video from the race with almost all of the downhillers.

And my report on The Bacon Strip.

Wolfy, an absolutely EXCELLENT report! I'm hugely, hugely bummed that I had to bail at the last minute, although as slow as I ride these days I'd likely still be huddled in the warming hut...

Thanks so much for supporting the race, and for helping get the word out about FTB.

Great video and report Mike. It was good to see you again. Hope you had fun. The messy, cold parts don't seem so bad now looking back from the dry warmth of my office to last Saturday.... but it was kinda nasty for those last three sections on the Ward Mountain stuff.

Cold, rain, hail, mud, wind. Yee haw.

BTW: Kalem has posted the results and official times plus some links to pics over on the GBTA site. Fun times.

Was this one taken the day of the race? I know the weather improved a ton for the expert loop, but I don't even see any clouds!
