I have a 4300 Disk Trek and have upgraded almost everything but the frame so I don't want to buy a complete bike. I just want to move all parts onto a FS frame. What is a good trail FS frame less than $1000.

Try Titus El guapo, Motolite. There are many good used frame in that price range as well. Santa Cruz Blur (LT), Intense 5.5, Giant Trance X, ect.
