What front tire would you reconmend for downhilling at attitash? The bike has an all mountain 1 fork on which i believe limits tire width to 2.8 inches and under. I would like the tire to have good turning and cornering charactics and be 2.5 inches or bigger. Weight doesn't matter since it is going to be used only for downhilling.
Last weekend was my first trip to attitash with my jekyll I was running 2.1 nevegals front and back on azonic outlaw rims. Due to lack of tire clearance i'm stuck with the 2.1 rear. The front tire washed out alot on the expert trails at attitash and didnt turn well on rocky road due to the large loose rocks. I'm guessing that a larger nevegal would probably solve this problem either a 2.5 or 2.7. What tire would you reccomend for downhilling at attitash that fit the critaria above?
